Accessibility
This site should work for everyone. If it does not, tell us.

Our commitment
Monfort Insurance Group wants every visitor to be able to read this site, get a quote, and reach us — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.
What we have built toward
This site was built targeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Specifically:
- Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Tap targets are at least 44×44 pixels on touch screens.
- Text meets AA contrast ratios in both the light and dark themes.
- Pinch-zoom is not disabled, and text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide.
- Form fields have persistent labels, and errors are announced to assistive technology rather than shown by color alone.
- Motion respects the operating system’s reduce-motion setting.
- Headings follow a logical order, and a skip link jumps past the navigation.
Where we know we fall short
TODO(real): keep this section, and keep it honest. An accessibility statement that admits known gaps and shows a remediation plan is far stronger evidence of good faith than one that claims perfection. Add known issues here as they are found, along with when you expect to fix them.
Third-party content — an embedded map, a carrier payment portal, a chat widget — is outside our direct control. Where we cannot make it accessible, we will provide the same information or service another way. Call the office and we will handle it by phone.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it and we will work with you directly in the meantime.

TODO(real): commit to a response time here — five business days is a common and defensible standard — and make sure someone at the agency actually owns that inbox.
